Transparent, straightforward pricing for in-person and secure telehealth sessions. We believe quality mental health care should be accessible — a limited number of sliding-scale spots are reserved each month for clients facing financial hardship. Please reach out if cost is a barrier.

Individual Therapy

Couples & Family

Couples Therapy (60 min)$175 Family Session (75 min)$195 Sliding Scale (income-based)$60–$120

Insurance, Payment & Cancellation

  • Insurance: We are in-network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama plans and accept out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement.
  • Payment: Major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH transfers are accepted. Payment is collected at the time of service.
  • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
  • Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written estimate of expected charges before scheduling. Please ask at intake.
